Join us Thursday, October 3rd through Sunday, October 6th for our Fall 2019
women’s grief retreat and learn how to engage with loss and to move forward
in healing in a safe, supportive and understanding community.

Each Pause Breathe Restore retreat brings a group of 12 individuals coming together in community around loss. We welcome women who are experiencing grief, looking to explore their grief further or surviving grief to join us. Please note that we recognize different forms of grief, from death of a loved one, divorce, estrangement from family, and other forms of loss.
We cultivate a safe space to help you explore and understand your pain, and to advance to a path of healing.

How it all came together

Pause Breathe Restore was born when Erin and Sarah came together to create a timeout for individuals needing a break for just enough time to take pause from the demands and distractions of their everyday lives. Erin and Sarah are committed to help others develop and maintain wellness and mental health habits that foster possibility and living an inspired, excellent life. This quarterly retreat serves to remind and regain the power and benefit of the breath and the life habits that restore us so that we can conquer our challenges and exceed our potential!

The Location

One of a kind artistic, river front farm house. Located just a short drive from Manzanita beach in a
lush river valley nestled on the edge of the Nehalem river. Hand built cedar sauna, two wood
burning fireplaces, huge copper filled kitchen w/organic gardens outside.

                              plant based (Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast)
