Community is essential in exploring, surviving and healing with grief.
Join us Thursday, October 3rd through Sunday, October 6th for our Fall 2019
women’s grief retreat and learn how to engage with loss and to move forward
in healing in a safe, supportive and understanding community.
Each Pause Breathe Restore retreat brings a group of 12 individuals coming together in community around loss. We welcome women who are experiencing grief, looking to explore their grief further or surviving grief to join us. Please note that we recognize different forms of grief, from death of a loved one, divorce, estrangement from family, and other forms of loss.
We cultivate a safe space to help you explore and understand your pain, and to advance to a path of healing.
How it all came together
Pause Breathe Restore was born when Erin and Sarah came together to create a timeout for individuals needing a break for just enough time to take pause from the demands and distractions of their everyday lives. Erin and Sarah are committed to help others develop and maintain wellness and mental health habits that foster possibility and living an inspired, excellent life. This quarterly retreat serves to remind and regain the power and benefit of the breath and the life habits that restore us so that we can conquer our challenges and exceed our potential!
Reflections from past
Pause Breathe Restore Participants
The Pause, Breathe, Restore retreat was WONDERFUL! Just what my heart, body and mind needed. Thank you Erin and Sarah for creating an incredibly nurturing space and experience. Your vision and intention to provide a deeply nourishing retreat was evident in all the details – amazing house, gorgeous nature setting, incredible food, thoughtful welcome gifts, generous hospitality, supportive books/card decks. The workshops and activities were informative and transformative. I am so grateful to have received the deep connection, learning and healing that you made possible! I’m eager for the next one.
The universe gave me exactly what I needed at precisely the right moment – the Pause Breathe Restore Retreat. Filled with loving energy, amazing women, and an abundance of homemade, nutritional food, I was led along the path of healing through the informed instruction of Sarah and Erin. I emerged from the retreat with a new community and a newfound sense of hope and invigoration for life.
Pause. Breathe. Restore was the retreat experience I didn’t know my soul needed. Erin & Sarah were wonderful facilitators. They created a space and a community where I felt safe to be vulnerable to grieve and free to be nurtured. The most surprising part of my experience on this retreat was the amount of laughter I experienced. It reminded me that joy is such a healing medicine for the grieving heart.
